Language Arts:

Students took a test over the first half of the Charlotte Doyle novel. Ask them how they did on the test. Some of the students are not keeping up with their reading and did not do very well. Then, the class worked on note cards. Twenty-five note cards are due on Friday.

Social Studies:

We graded section 3-3 and read 3-4 pages 114-119. The classes will have time to finish the assignment tomorrow. Today's lesson covered the daily life of the Sumerians.
