Language Arts:

Students in first block went to the library to take a safe and civil school survey and to check out books. When they returned to class. they worked on their note cards and read through chapter 8 in their novels.
     Third block will take the survey tomorrow and check-out books on Monday. They wrote note cards and read through chapter nine (page 87) in class today.

Social Studies:

Students completed their one-pager over Gilgamesh today. They started this yesterday with their substitute, Ms. Powell.
