Language Arts:

  Today we completed the All About Me Poster discussion. Then, I introduced the novel, The Misfits. The theme of the novel is bullying, so I had students write on a note card about witnessing bullying, or being bullied themselves. It was a great discussion.

 Social Studies:

Today we watched the video,  The Search for the First Humans. The students filled out their first video forms today. We also discussed fire drill and tornado drill locations and procedures.
