Language Arts:
Students are working on their introductory paragraphs in class. They will begin typing up the first four paragraphs of their research paper in class on Thursday. We have been concentrating on clear and concise thesis statements. Students also read in the Misfits through chapter 20.

Social Studies:
Today we checked the lesson 4-1 on the geography of Egypt. Then they read about the religions and government of ancient Egypt.
