Language Arts:

Students completed their myth presentations. Then they read the Star Myth and completed lesson 8 in their word study booklet.

Social Studies:

Student are completing one of the following assignments today:
1) Writing a mini play about a scene in Alexander the Great’s life and having classmates act it out.
2) Writing an eulogy about Alexander after his death. This can be from the point of view of his wife, his soldier, a Persian, or a Greek citizen. Make sure you have clear voice!
3) Create a tombstone and write what should be on it.
4) Free choice activity: write a poem, illustrate a picture, or draw a map of the territory ATG conquered.
