Language Arts:

Students corrected and reviewed their root word and prefixes from yesterday. Then we read a play about student responsibility, and wrote goals for this school year.

Social Studies:

We went over the scavenger hunt and discussed the importance of being able to locate information in our textbook. Then we discussed the focus in studying history. The final thing we did is read:The Boy in the Painted Cave.
