Language Arts:
Wednesday and Thursday: Students read from their novels and did activities with them. We are also working on our oral presentations for our personal projects. Students are looking for pictures to serve as backgrounds for their first person narrative accounts. We are using photostory for this project.

Social Studies:
Wednesday: We discussed field trip information and then reviewed Egypt. Since the kids did so well on the review there will be no test over Egypt. I will use their Spy papers for a performance assessment instead.
Thursday: We are starting our study of India today. We are reading lesson one in Chapter 5, and then doing map work as well.
