Language Arts:
Students are working on different articles about various curses on mummies. Each student had a vocabulary sheet specific to their article. Then, they read the article and came up with at least five facts to either support or refute the mummy curses. Students will then work cooperatively to complete a group chart to present to the class. We will complete this assignment tomorrow.
Social Studies:
Students are beginning their "I am an Egyptian Spy" journals. We began today by collapsing articles for them to use as basic notes for their journals. We will work on this assignment again tomorrow. I will post a due date for this project on my blog next week.
