Language Arts:

Students shared their endings to Z for Zachariah. Wow! Some of these were excellent, and definitely better than the author's ending. ***Our research paper will now be worked on only at home. All of the components have been taught and checked. The rough draft is due on Monday, October 30th. Please help make sure that your child will have the 1000 word paper typed up by that time.

Social Studies:

Students took the Chapter 12 test today. Next week we will begin studying ancient times in Mesopotamia. Fourth hour will be instructed by Mr. Kimber for this unit. He is our pre-service teacher.
