Language Arts:
We talked about our program next Thursday at 8:00 a.m. in the Auditorium. If any parents would like to attend, please feel free to come. We will have a program done by Living Voices. They are coming from New York just to present these performances. One show will be Through the Eyes of a Friend- about Anne Frank. The other will be about The New American- An immigrant's story.

The focus of these performances will be to show students a first person account of two historical events. The Living Voices will serve as a model for our own future performances. Language Arts students will write and act out performances about their own History Day topics.

Social Studies:
Students worked on their Hammurabi plays today in class.
DOG: Which emperor developed a tax system to pay for government projects?
