Language Arts:
Students wrote about how it would feel living with a disability. Then we read four different poems about disabilities. Students then used these poems to write their own disability poems. Students then free read from their chosen novels and responded to a reflection prompt.
Social Studies:
Students were given a graphic organizer to synthesize the information the groups presented in the class yesterday. They worked with their table partners to fill out a chart on the various facts about the world continents.
